A
nasty little phrase used to say, "Don't have
carnal relations with those with whom you work, and especially
those who work for you."
This advice is
very sound. You can
lose your job for crossing this line. At the very least, your
workplace environment will suffer from the rampant
gossip,
jealousy and bitterness that follows
inner-work romance.
I myself experienced this as a
youth and have never done it since. I think finding my
car in the parking lot with one of its tires
slashed was lesson enough.
