1/4 Cup Melted Chocolate Chips or
(if nothing else available) 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Cup Waffle Mix
Waffle Iron

This recipe is recommended in an Institutional Dining Center or other place where a Belgian Waffle Iron is available but otherwise pickings are sparse.

Mix the Chocolate with the Waffle Mix

Put Waffle Mix in Waffle Iron

Wait 2:30 minutes

Remove Waffle. Waffle may be slightly sticky, use a fork to remove.
