A DVD-10 is a double sided, single layered DVD. It can hold 9.4 gigabytes of data, which comes down to approximately 266 minutes of video.
The discs are 12 cm (4.7 inches) wide, and 1.2 mm thick.
Although the disc has two sides, it has the same measurements as a normal DVD or CD. Because of the two sides, it has the same capability as 2 DVD-5s.

When a movie is stored on a DVD-10 and it is spread over two sides, the disc has to be flipped, which most people find very annoying. When movies are stored this way, the disc is usually called a flipper.
