DMM stands for Dynamic Metal Masters a climbing company in
Llanberis North Wales.
DMM make equipment for climbers. They have recently stopped making clothing under the name Stone Monkey.
They make many different peices of hardware and often try to give them amusing names such as:
- peenuts (yes it really is spelt like that pee as in pee) a micronut<
- wallnut normal size nut
- cardiac arrester a belay device in the shape of a heart.
- fat boy a large locking carabiner.
To ensure that their equipment is easy to use by climbers DMM employs a number of top climbers as well as providing sponsership.
On a wet day (common in North Wales) you can follow people from
