The Saitek Cyborg 3D Digital is one of those joysticks that make people extremely jealous. It twists, it has a built-in throttle lever, it has a hat switch, it has fourteen triggers and buttons, and it is fully adjustable. It adjusts for different sizes of hand, and it can fit both left-handed and right-handed people. It is, in short, an amazing joystick. There are two things it does not have. The first is a USB connector, but its successor has a USB connector but fewer buttons, and is almost twice as expensive. The second thing it does not have is force feedback, but having fourteen programmable buttons (so I don't have to fiddle with my keyboard) is more than enough compensation in my opinion.
