CustomEyes by Didier Abderrahmane
CustomEyes is a real contender to
WindowBlinds. It does just about every
widget that WB does, and it's much easier to skin (though not as easy as
eFX). It comes with a skin editor built in (WB's is a seperate product,
BuilderBlinds, and it's
freeware.
