Every time I look at a box of Corn Flakes, I see this recipe, but I can't bring myself to accept its validity. That being the case, I have not yet sampled it. I like Corn Flakes, and I like chicken. But Corn Flakes smeared atop chicken? I don't know.

Corn Flake Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine Corn Flakes, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Coat the chicken with the egg whites, and roll them around in the bowl, covering the chicken evenly with the mixture.
Put the chicken on a lightly greased baking pan, and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
