Combination Snacks are foods (or a combination of foods) that are added to your meal
plan. In other meal plans, they are sometimes called "extras" or "fun foods". They may
be any food that has between 200 and 300 calories. Typically they are added to a
base meal plan if you need to gain weight, as they are easy to fit in during the day. A
