Closing logos are logos that are seen at the end of TV shows, the start of movies, and before and after programs. Logos come in all time frames and, well, you decide. A good logo site is http://www.angelfire.com/tv2/closinglogo/. For pictures, look at http://members.fortunecity.com/teamfx2000/movies. There ya go! What about logos? Well, examples are the Columbia torch lady, the Paramount mountain, and the MGM lion. Disney has their script logo and their castle. Those are examples of some logos.

Closing logos are also used by magazines to cap the end of an article. This has a utility in print beyond vanity and brand identification. Most articles in a print magazine begin at one point near the front, then break off and resume farther back in the publication. By using a closing logo, the reader knows that they have come to the end of an article, and it will not continue elsewhere in the issue.
