Or Chop Socky (w/o the dash) is a style of movie involving lots of hand-to-hand combat using martial arts. It may have reached it's heights in the 70s and 80s, but still lives on today in Jackie Chan and Jet Li movies. Examples include the American Ninja series, Jean-Claude Van Damme movies, and Bruce Lee movies.
