Cause 4 Concern (also known with the abbreviation C4C) is a group which produces drum and bass music, consisting of four people. It was founded in 1999, and was initially signed with Moving Shadow, a prominent record label in the scene, under the name "nCode".

The group later changed its name to "Cause 4 Concern", and started their own record label, Cause 4 Concern Recordings, mainly for releasing their own material. They have produced over 30 releases of their own material since 1999. Their first full length album was "Pandemic", and it was released during August 2009.

The group has remixed, and collaborated with, other artists in the scene, such as Matrix, Deep Blue, Raiden, Usual Suspects, Teebee, Gridlok, Skynet, Stakka, and other artists. They also released several records under the aliases "Nomis" and "Troubled Mindz".

One of their tracks, "Spasm", was featured in the GTA III videogame, on the fictional MSX FM radio.
