I saw this while I was walking home and it reminded me of those experiments you did, attempting to preserve oil slicks in puddles. I've only begun one painting---a miserable sketch of the view from my apartment. How is New York? I have been watching nskyc.com and hoping you get skies as beautiful as the ones here.
