A wonderful canning recipe.
Slice the cucumbers, onions, and peppers. Mix the vegetables with the salt and add ice cubes. Let this mixture set for 3 hours.
Place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Drain the cuke mixture and add to the pan with the spices.
Boil for 15 minutes.
Pour into mason jars and process in a water bath.
