ATMs, and ATM buttons, are mass-produced. It doesn't cost any more to produce ATMs with Braille buttons than to make them with plain buttons -- but it would cost more to make two different styles. Since walk-up ATMs need Braille buttons, and since making a non-Braille model for drive-ups would be an extra expense, the logical conclusion is for all ATMs to have Braille.

Has anyone considered the possibility of a blind person sitting in the back (drivers side) of a car and having someone ELSE drive them to the ATM and pull up far enough for the BLIND person to use it? Blind people like privacy too, would YOU like to have to share your PIN just because you were blind?
