A common concept in pinball and some video games. At the end of a ball or mode or round
or whatever, you score a bonus dependent on how well you played, and this is multiplied
by the bonus multiplier before being added to your score. In pinball, a common feature
is Hold Bonus which preserves the bonus multiplier and/or the bonus value into the next
ball. (On most games, these reset for each ball. There are some games where Bonus Multiplier doesn't reset during the game, as if you had Hold Bonus Multiplier all the time.)
