Food substance available at the local mexican grocery store, in the candy aisle. They're caramel on the inside, wafer disks on the outside. When we bought some and discovered that the wafers were, in fact, the same wafers used for communion, they were instantly named "body of christ with caramel spread". Out of respect for the Catholic majority of people who work in mexican groceries, it's probably wise not to call them that while purchasing them.
