The mining ship Red Dwarf had a small fleet of these blue transports. Originally, this was just a small, blue craft. In the remastered edition of Series II, the episode Thanks for the Memory, the crew is flying the new bipedal version of the craft (which you get to see quite a bit more of in Series VIII later), and you can actually see it stumble about as the crew returns to ship from a nearby moon where they held Rimmer's deathday party. The newer versions in Series VIII they can do more than just walk, as is demonstrated by Cat inducing a small fleet of them to play air guitar with the arms they are now equipped with.
