Plot: Jet Li stars as Tsui, a former member of the thought to be destroyed, elite military called the 701 Squad. His new life is going well as a librarian, he makes the transition from killing machine to the quiet reserved type quite well. That is until the 701 Squad begins killing mob bosses to gain power... And the plot goes downhill from there. The movie is a best a so-so action film, with poor dubbing, but at least it has a decent hip-hop soundtrack. If you are going to see a Jet Li film, do not see this one.
