A famous composer of Commodore 64 music (also known as SID music).
Ben Daglish belongs to the class of legendary old-school SID musicians, that helped establish the art of SID music in the mid to late 1980ies, along with other legends such as Martin Galway and Rob Hubbard.
Ben was born and raised in the UK, which was the country with the most computer game companies during the early homecomputer age. Ben got in touch with several game companies, such as Gremlin Graphics and System3, and produced many classic game soundtracks on the Comodore 64 for them, such as "The Last Ninja", "Krakout", "Deflektor" and many others, which can be found in the High Voltage SID Collection (HVSC).
He's currently working as a conductor and freelance musician, writing orchestral music.
