The Bakers, Food and Allied Workers Union or BFAWU is the British Trades Union. It was formed in 1847 in Manchester as the Journeymen Bakers and gradually expanded geographically until it was a national organisation; it now represents some 30,000 workers across the food industry in the United Kingdom.

It is affiliated to the Trades Union Congress, the General Federation of Trade Unions and the International Union of Food and Allied Workers' Associations.
