A
faction in the "secret war" of the
Shadowfist and
Feng Shui universe. They are
mad scientists who research
arcanowaves, and who control a
police state in the year 2056. They wish to control the
feng shui sites in previous junctures in order to extend their technomagical power throughout
history. One of their methods is to capture
supernatural creatures from
69 A.D. and subject them to
genetic alteration, thus creating super-powered
Abominations to do their bidding. They employ
cyborgs and
monster hunters.
