The slogan on little 88x31 buttons, similar to the Netscape Now! or IE Now! buttons designed for the browser wars. These buttons have alwasy struck me as odd, since the concept is an oxymoron. Anarchy Now! gives the impression that anarchy is some sort of consumer product you can go out and buy, like Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, or vote for, like a political candidate. Usually the button showed up on websites of teenagers who think anarchy is cool but don't have a clue as to what it really is. i somehow doubt that by "Anarchy Now!" they were advocating abandoning our system of government...
