American Laser Games was a video game company that staged their own little revival of the laserdisc arcade game format in the early 90s by coming up with a series of assorted light gun based laserdisc games that used inexpensive live actors rather than costly animation. Their games were widely ported to computers and CDROM based console systems. Many of their arcade games actually ran on modified Panasonic 3DO hardware, and others used Amiga hardware and a real laserdisc player.

Their games were not the sort of thing that caught on amongst hardcore gamers, but they were the sort of titles that did well at larger locations and high traffic locations. These titles are largely shunned by modern arcade game enthusiasts, and even laserdisc aficionados tend to avoid them.
