Born January 23, 1981 in Long Branch, NJ, gymnast Alyssa Beckerman began gymnastics at the age of five and worked her way up to spending three years on the U.S. National Team. She was also the alternate for the 2000 Olympic Games, and is now a student at UCLA where she is on the gymnastics team. Beckerman enjoys rollerblading and listening to music, including Creedence Clearwater Revival.
