This is what Chairman Kaga yells on the Iron Chef TV show to start the battle.

It doesn't really mean anything grammatically intelligible in French because it means "go" and "kichen", but I suppose Kaga thinks it means "Start cooking!"

Of course he provides an interesting pronunciation: "Ayaih queezeen!"

Although it is not correct grammatically, it is intelligible to me (a frenchman) as "Let's start cooking".

'Allez' is second person plural of to go and is used as an invitation to do something. Usually when you are not included in the invitation. So there is a small connotation of order in this expression.

"Allez ouste!" for example means "get out of here"
