Baseball uses the number of career hits to mark a player's greatness. There are only 30 players who have batted 3000 or more hits in the history of the game. This is that list.

This list will, by its very nature, become outdated as each baseball season progresses. Please supersede this writeup (rather than just adding a new writeup to append to it), if you plan on maintaining this list in earnest.

... With more undoubtedly to come.

NOTE: This list is arranged in chronological order, rather than by number of hits. Also, Cobb and Rose both finished their careers with more than 4,000 hits; their entries here indicate the date they each their 3,000th hit, since a list of 4,000-hit club members would be rather short, considering that Cobb and Rose are the only members.
