A little known fact is that in the 1st season of Seinfeld, George Costanza is working as a real estate broker when he shows Jerry an apartment at 129 West 81st Street. The apartment he shows is not the apartment Jerry lives in for the rest of the shows run. In fact, Jerry is already in that apartment at this time, although he still has the infamously hideous bright blue couch in his living room.

The supposed New York address of the character Jerry Seinfeld and his weird neighbor Cosmo Kramer, on the hit NBC television show "Seinfeld". The address is derived from the address of a real New York studio, Jerry Seinfeld used to live in. The actual building looks nothing like the outside shots we see on TV.

In TV Land Jerry lives in the one bedroom apartment 5A.
