Located primarly on east coast of US, from sothern
new jersy to
florida, extending to a western border of
louisiana.
Eats rat, bat, lizards, small birds. Constrictor (strangles prey).
mature at two to three years of age. Mate from March to May, lay eggs in June or July, which hatch in August or September.
Popular as pets, non-endangered.
