This type of clasp is best for necklaces rather than bracelets, as it take two hands to twist the parts together. They can be made of nickel, brass, silver or gold. Most of the time they are plated. These clasps are suitable for very nice pieces, costume jewelry or inexpensive pieces. They are relatively inexpensive depending on the type of metal used.
