| I'm a Geek. I am seriously bummed because my house burned down (bummer) and the cheap ass computer I bought has a modem in it that won't work with linux. All my UNIX work is on a 7 gig partition that I boot once in a while to make sure everything is ok.. The ten gig maxtor hard drive its on survived the fire and a toss out the window.
I write a lot of perl. I used to write a lot of C. I'll run it on anything. I've been using the browser as an interface, but I'm starting to think about experimentin.g with some GUI stuff using tk or gtk.
I have a good job and I'm looking for a better one.
I think we all need to start telecommuting before our air becomes unbreathable.
I live in the Houston Metroplex; therefore I must be a bit insane, because&.everyone else here is =^)
I do enjoy the work of Brian Eno, as well as The Talking Heads.
