This RFC was written 27 years ago now, and
and at least two out of the three problems mentioned still apply to
the Internet as we know it today.
The second problem mentioned is becoming less, I suppose, because the
proffesional ISPs nowadays usually know what they're doing.
At least when it comes to preventing users from not paying for their services.
Oh, and the title is of course tres cool.
