In Nevada, one of the choices on all ballots except for president is None of the Above. In electoral terms, this means that, in the event that none of the above achieves a majority or plurality greater than any political candidate, a runoff vote, or new election must be held, with the stipulation that none of the candidates beaten by None Of The Above may run.

(Yes, the acronym really should be "NA")
