comic Pat Mills clearly loved writing most.
Slaine is a celtic warrior whose exploits take in and bastardise many real celtic legends, such as the Mabinogion.
It's classy stuff, but that doesn't stop it from having a comedy dwarf named Ukko, and many bloodbaths.
