If you happen to find yourself at a restaurant, with some string, you will have the capability to lasso an ice cube. People will think you're David Blaine.

Here's what you do. Get a cup of ice. Next, get a piece of string and tie a loop at the end of it. Ask your selected audience member if they think he or she can remove a piece of ice from the glass with the piece of string. If your audience member did not figure the trick out already, they should respond with "No, it's impossible!". But alas, you will prove them wrong. Place the string on the ice cube and sprinkle salt on the cube. Wait a few seconds and pull. The ice cube will freeze to the string, allowing you to pull it out from the glass.
