My MS Natural Keyboard died after over perhaps four years of constant use. I was very fortunate in that I was able to borrow a friend's keyboard for a few hours and then another friend actually gave me the Natural Keyboard Pro. Here is some more information from the MicroSoft site on the keyboard:

My other keyboard lost its shift key and so I couldn't even ask a question without typing 'there should be a question mark here because it is a question'. (And I had to use ' instead of ( because I couldn't type (, only '. But now I can. I think that's much better.)
