Just a recipe for Chili I came up with, by looking at a few recipes on the net, and improvising somewhat. It's moderately hot, but not too salty.

• 1.2 lbs ground beef
• 1 LARGE onion, chopped
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 4 large cloves of garlic, pressed or minced

Cook these until the meat is grey all over, but no more, then toss it in a full-sized crockpot.

• 5-6 Serrano peppers, minced
• 2 Anaheim peppers, diced
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• 2 medium tomatos, diced
• 12 oz can tomato paste (note: I was lacking tomatos, you could just throw in more tomatos, omit this, and need less water.)
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1/2 tablespoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon paprika
• 1 lb (dry) beans, rinsed
• ~2 cups water
• 1 tablespoon sugar
