Bobby would say it in an adolescent Texan's approximation of a borscht-belt comedian accent, which was funny in and of itself, and got a few laughs; but, sadly, Bobby overused it, and it became cliche.
Yet another incident that made me say, "I can relate to Bobby Hill."
