Suck It and See (thing)

Suck It and See began its life in 1998 as a compilation on Howie B's Pussyfoot Records. It was a pornographically themed 2 CD set with tracks by Fantastic Plastic Machine, Howie B. himself, and a variety of other tricksters. Most of the tracks were pretty straight-forward downtempo numbers, but some had a few raunchy dialogue samples. These ranged from the amusing quotes from Nick Faber's "Same Girl Different Wig" ("You're not the only one who enjoys doing the dirty hula! Let's get together for that special tingle!"), to the somewhat subdued Japanese and French samples (respectively) in FPM's "Green Door" and Hyper Crad's "3 (Back Door Mix)", to the unsafe-for-radio "Cum Dancing" from Inevidence ("I bet you're dying to take that cock and fuck me, aren't you?"). Every so often, a prank caller to WRIU will request a "sex" song, so this is one of my first choices (along with actual soundtracks from random 70's porno).

However, the following year, the album was made into a movie by director Jacob Pandor, who licensed 7 of the album's songs. These songs are the only audio in what is an otherwise silent softcore porno.

Personally, I found the video entertaining. About half of those who get naked on screen are pierced and/or tattooed, which is typically a good thing. Hardcore porn enthusiasts, however, are likely to be disappointed. (In fact, the film has received poor reviews.)

1. We follow the gaze of an older man, with grey hair, as he watches The Girl, a slender redhead with a single suitcase and a short leather skirt, as she makes her way to the exit. He gets up to follow her, and stops as he watches her boyfriend (The Boy) emerge from an antique sedan. They kiss, and then have sex in the backseat while the chauffeur (The Blonde) watches. The DVD version features several nice photo galleries, and a preview for another of Pandor's films, named "The Operation", which is basically another sex scene filmed through infrared cameras, this time with two people on an operating table surrounded by doctors in scrubs.
