SVT24 is Swedish SVTs attempt at making a 24 hour news channel. They choose to do it all digital even though noone in Sweden owns a digital TV and almost noone owns a digital TV receiver box, so now they're stuck with a channel noone watches even though the used up almost an entire years budget building the worlds first all digital newsdesk (thats kinda cool though).
