Products that shoot flames (idea)

I recently read about a South African company that makes an under the car flamethrower for preventing carjackings. Apparently carjacking is quite a problem in South Africa, and this, at the push of a button, shoots 15 foot flames out the side of the car to barbecue the attacker.

I wonder if the button has a safety cover to prevent premature immolation.
