It seems like today is a special day for many...

She introduced me to silk boxers with hearts on them and all the messages they convey.
She saw the downward spiral and physically pulled me back up.
She taught me the meaning of "verve".
She peeled layers of onionskinned illusion, opening my heart, showing me how to live a vibrant life.
She tought me that the colors of a shared life can be brutally dark as well as blindingly bright.
She is the inkwell to my quill.
She can atomize me with a kiss.
She drenched me with a body that obliterated from my mind all others, each time a lush journey across an ever-changing land.
She falls asleep in my arms, twitching in the reentry of her dreams.
She hates clowns, but scoffs at my alien abduction theories.
She gave birth to two incredible boys, finally launching both of us in to adulthood.
She is the reason we don't live in a dumpster.
She is the one keeping me from pulling the trigger when I am losing my mind.

And I could go on and on, but I'm bordering on sappiness.

It's just that I can't believe it. ELEVEN YEARS!!! She's the longest I've done anything! (Hmmm... that didn't come out quite right, but you know what I mean..... I hope.)
