"Changing at Baker Street" is a euphemism for
anal sex, since
Baker Street is one of only two stations on the
London Underground (the other being
Paddington) where you can change from the
pink line (the
Hammersmith and City line) to the
brown line (the
Bakerloo line).
So be careful next time you visit London and ask for directions, you never know where you might end up...
