In the TV series "Diff'rent Strokes", the name young Arnold Jackson, played by Gary Coleman, gave to his teddy bear.

The series ran from 1978 - 1986 and focused on the lives of Philip Drummond, a rich white Manhattan man played by Conrad Bain, his daughter Kimberly (Dana Plato), and his two adopted black children, Arnold and Willis Jackson (Todd Bridges). Drummond adopts the children when their mother, also his maid, dies and they are left parentless.
