The only thing that the military can use with impunity nowadays, given the public's unwillingness to have any casualties in a police action. It's sort of interesting morals: we're quite willing to go into another country and kill a whole lotta people, just so long as none of our boys and girls get killed. Strike that. It's not interesting -- it's disgusting.
