The Missus: I've always felt what was important to me about Christmas
was the music, and the smells. I have all these sense memories from
Christmas.
Me: You know, last year Christmas was all about the smells for me. But this year, I think the weather's been too warm. I just haven't been
getting the Christmas smells. I think cold air makes my nose more keen.
The Missus: Maybe the fact you've had a cold for two weeks has something to do with it.
Me: Oh. Right.
