Spongebob Squarepants (thing)

Simply the best animated series since Ren & Stimpy. Spongebob is a yellow kitchen sponge who lives in Bikini Bottom in a pineapple house next to an Easter Island head inhabited by Squidward, a self-centered squid who fancies painting and the clarinet. Both Spongebob and Squidward are employed at the Krusty-Krab, a fast food joint.

Spongebob is to Squidward as Dennis is to Mr. Wilson.

Other characters include:

• Patrick, Spongebob's best friend. A plump starfish who wears jams, lives under a rock, and also irritates Squidward.
• Sandy, a land squirrel. She breaths via a SCUBA tank and lives in a large glass bubble. She claims to be from Texas and enjoys Karate and adventure.
• Mr. Krab, owner of the Krusty-Krab. Like a father to Spongebob.
• Pearl, Mr. Krab's gigantic teenage shark daughter.
• Plankton, sworn enemy of the Krusty-Krab. He operates the Chum Bucket. He is constantly attempting to acquire the recipe for the Krabbie-Pattie. The Krusty-Krab's claim to fame.
• Gary, Spongebob's pet snail. He meows. ::Cute::
