Damian Cowell, as stated by tres equis, is one of the members of This Is Serious Mum, better known as TISM.
I belive he goes by the name of Humphrey B. Flaubert and sings.
He is (or
was 10 or 15 years ago) an English teacher in a state High School in outer east
Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and not a lawyer of any type.
He's a gentle, kind chap, with spiky mouse blonde hair and blue/grey eyes, and one day he said to me "

Damnit... Someone else wrote that Mr. Cowell was a teacher already... but perhaps writing this node has put me back in contact with someone I knew way back when.
