The first time I called a BBS that asked what I wanted for a Handle took me a bit by surprise. I looked around my room; I have a watch made by Timex (the comp.any) and several clocks made by them. I thought about the adverts that they've had over the years ("Takes a licking and keeps on ticking", in reference to their durability through extreme treatment) and decided that it was reasonably close to my perso.nality. It stuck. :)
