Hewlett Packard (sorry, "HP")'s name for their legacy-free computer.

While the hardware looks decent, the name makes me wonder. 'e-' stands for electronic. It worries me that they have to assure us it's electronic and not, say, steam-driven.

In the not-too-distant future, optical computers will be the standard. Metal-based PCs will be quaint. On that day, "e-PC" will take on its fullest meaning, as an ironic warning label: "This is a legacy electronic archaeo-computer!"
