As
off-color as the
jokes in
Dragonball may be, it was not aimed at a "general audience" as UkyoCE suggests. It was a show for
little boys in
Japan, but Japan has a much higher
tolerance for
butt humor in
cartoons than the
US does, so
there you go.
Honestly, can you imagine anybody over 12 watching the drek that is Dragonball and finding it entertaining? I don't bloody think so.
